So this week over at my Lost blog, I’m working through all the crazy time stuff going on in the show. Desmond’s flashes, Walt’s rapid aging, Richard Alpert’s lack of aging…the whole shebang.
(She bangs! She bangs! Oh baby, she moves! She moves! OMG, Ricky Martin is Jacob!)
So I need your help:
- Help come up with every “something ain’t right” moment on the show related to time not working all linearly.
- Help me think of every song with time as a major theme. I’ve already used Pink Floyd’s “Time” over there, and need two more to round out my three-part series over there this week.

OK - the first song that pops into my head is the beginning to “Hazy Shade of Winter” by the Bangles: Time, time, time, see what’s become of me, While I looked around at my possibilities, I was so hard to please.” The whole song isn’t about time, but it could work.
As for a moment: Richard not aging always freaked me out, but you already have that. I need more time to think about this … (hah!)
