    Thank you again! I just read your hitflix review… I also was EXTREMELY disappointed. Not with SNL in general — I stopped watching it regularly years ago — but with the fact that Tiny Fey wasn’t able (or allowed) to elevate it into something worth watching.

    God I miss 30 Rock! (I’m renting the DVDs and gradually watching all the episodes again.)

    Just read your Hitfix review of last night’s SNL (too many comments there already), and if anything I think you were overly generous. All of the people who give you flack because they think the show is wonderful really makes me concerned for the future of the human race.

    One of the reasons I seldom watch the show — besides the poor writing — is because of how obvious it is that most of the time all of the peformers are looking at cue cards (NOT at each other or some other logical spot). It amazes me that people (most audience members) aren’t bothered by this.
